This would be very, very useful for me and i hope a lot of others.

Custom Lists/command list

Looks just like a playlist but each item in the list when clicked executes a standard command.

How i would use it.

In my skin a lot of the buttons are customizable, where if you click and hold a button you can change the command for the button from a premade list of commands. The list so far is spanned over 3 screens. With a custom button list i could place all the commands on one screen and you just scroll through the commands and choose a new one to replace the button.

To make setup screens for RRConfig but inside the skin. You could list all the settings in the list and just click the list item to change its setting. Or the list could be a list of categories like Audio Settings, GPS settings etc etc, that takes you to another screen to edit those specific settings.

Any screen where you would like to include a large number of buttons or commands but simply dont have the room to do it.


i was thinking to make a standard list into a command list, use the (SD) Directory List Properties and where you normally would put a path you put this, with pound instead of quotes.

where each command is simply listed in the order you want them to be in the list. What the commands do can be setup in ExecTBL just like any other custom commands.
