I have a Verizon Razor V3m working on usb, but when I try to place a call it starts to call then phone beeps and stops the call. The phone beeps every 3 sec. I was able to make a call but I had to time the beeps and press call at the same time the phone beeped. In the debug file I see "Motorola phone found" every 3 sec. Also the incall doesn't work. So is the beeping just the phone resetting ?? If so how can I fix this. This setup will work in
phonecontrol incluing incall and the phone beeps every 20 sec. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
I have a problem:
I bought a bluesoleil and when I start freefone nothing happens...just Trying to connect, please wait......I'm still waiting:yield:
I've changed the com ports form 1 to 9...and I don't know what exactly means the port number in settings.ini?
Please help me to connect my mobile to RR
Thanx
You need to pair the computer with the phone first. Then under the settings for the serial port that the phone has enabled on the computer. All you need to do is pick that serial port and then go from there.
I done the pair at the begining...the thing that I want to know i HOW to get this port(serial or whatever) it's not clear for me!
Help please
In my Belkin software I just had to right click on my phone and say create a serial port. It defaulted to 5 since that was the next available one. I don't know how the bluesoleil software works but I'm sure there's a similar procedure where you right click on the phone in some sort of browser and add the services. There should be some utility to browse the services offered by the phone.
Well after doing a new OS install here on the desktop, and purchasing a new Blue Tooth device, I got Free Fone working with my Razr! Yea!
Great program CDR! Kudos!!
CDR, I think you had mentioned a few pages back that you were going to work on making the app more skinnable. Is this still the case? I would love to make it look more integrated.
Here is a screen cap:

John, Which bluetooth adapter are you using? I am about to get a razr and don't want to find out the hard way that only certain BT adapters work with it.
Thanks!
I just bought some cheapie off brand. From what I know (And thats not much when it comes to Blue Tooth) they are universal. It is more dependant on what the phone can handle. In this case, the razr can only handle one BT connection. This is fine for me, as all I wanted it for really was to notify me on screen when a call was coming in.
Hello Guys,
Just a stupid question, I can connect to my phone using Freefone but I can't read the numbers on the SIM card. I also can't hear my phone ringing hear the other end. I use a D-Link bluethoot DBT-122.
Thanks for the response.
