Change FF to next track in video

I am using the Freedomskin and I switch between the audio and video mode when I listen to music. The next track button works in audiomode but just fastforwards in the videomode. Is it posssible to change the fastforward just in videomode to change next track? It is the same for rewind/previous track.
In the car the fastforward option is pretty useless and if you would like to fastforward you could just as well use the timeline which is a faster option.
I hope someone has a solution to this. I think the skin is impossible to change cause its flashbased and no longer updated so I ask for a solution in roadrunner instead.

    Bring it on!

anything is changeable on any skin... just add this to your exectbl.ini:

    "PREV","DOWN",video_player.skin
    "NEXT","UP",video_player.skin

Note that by making this change you're going to be limited to change position of the video using the slider bar. The commands UP/DOWN are the ones meant to change files on the video player .. this is just a matter of compatibility with MediaCar skins.. and has never been a problem to my knowledge..

Great. Now I got it working in videomode.
The remaining problem is when I am playing video in the mainmenu and tries to change to the next track. Nothing really happens maybe it ff slightly. Is it possible to also change in mainmenu without messing up the audio controls?

Maybe there is an obvious answer that a noncoding fellow like myself doesnt see.

    All answers are appreciated!

If you're playing video on the main menu (and not on the video_player), that's a feature MatrixPC added. I'm not very familiar with it to be honest, but it may be worth asking/waiting to see if he can comment on it.
