    Command to hide/unhide windows taskbar

    Hello,

    I have some problem with embbeding of my gps software. My resolution screen is 800x480 and I embbed this software with same resolution. When I run gps the bottom part of screen is empty (see picture), I think the problem is with taskbar, anyway my gps software can see that taskbar is present and it don't want to be maximized on fullscreen. "Hide taskbar" option in RRconfig does not give effect. When I hide taskbar manualy in taskbar properties my gps software runs in fullscreen. I think to resolve this problem I need to create a command that will run my gps and hide windows taskbar with it, also on exit button I will need to add command that will unhide taskbar. I can set taskbar to be always hidden but I don't like it when I using other task in windows. So please help me how I can create such button with such command or tell me please other solutions if you know.

    Thanks in advance!

    Chuck, thanks for the answer but this command seems like option in RRconfig. When I use it taskbar is hidden but gps software does not maximized, for some reaon it's still can see that taskbar is present on this position. But when I click right button on taksbar, push "properties" and check box "automatically hide taskbar" everything is alright, gps maximized. I think this command i different from command that you use (SHOWWINDOW;!Shell_TrayWnd;FALSE or TRUE). May you know other command to check/uncheck "automatically hide taskbar" box in taskbar properties?

    You can use this command on your menu button that you use to call the GPS screen:

    "TASKBAROFF||GPS"

    You can then add:

    "TASKBARON||EXIT"

    as the code on your GPS skin to bring the task bar back up. This is so if you minimize RR, or close it, the task bar will be visible.

    Chuck, yes the gps is embedded in the gps.skin I push gps button - it run gps software and load gps.skin, gps window is embedded to gps.skin, this skin havent's buttons, the right on top button is autoit script that send keystroke to RR and with this keystroke RR execute "exit" command, so I can use it to exit gps screen, the only problem is taskbar and it cannot be maximized.

    JohnWPB, i tried to add command "TASKBAROFF" and it doesn't work.

    Yes, I understood, I need to add lines in ExecTBL.ini like you do it but I need other command like:

    "TASKBAR","BYVAR;TASHBAR;TASKOFF<<TASKON"
    "TASKON","AUTOMATICALLYHIDETASKBAR;True||SETVAR;TA SHBAR;0"
    "TASKOFF","AUTOMATICALLYHIDETASKBAR;FALSE||SETVAR; TASHBAR;1"

    Maybe you know how I can find right command to do it: AUTOMATICALLYHIDETASKBAR

    Try to change the application section in the skin file and see what happens.

    Like >>A01,18,59,986,465,000

    To>>>> A01,18,59,986,700,000

    It should stretch the app down below the window
