Slider on Slider action

Kind of like girl on girl but not so exciting.

If you have more than one slider and there areas cross each other, the one that is second in the skin file gets mplaced on top of the other one.

Now this I expect to happen when the slider image (yes image sliders as opposed to the new solid color ones) is completely opaque, and I am happy to work with that.

However it also happens with paer transparent ones (gifs).

the reason is the slider images are not lines or boxes but shaped in such a way that they slightly overlap, but I thought if the overlap was transparent they wouldn't overwrite the other.

Hmm I wonder if it would be better with pngs?

Will try and get a picture up tomorrow.

My problem was I was using the slider code to load images, since I didn't like the way loadimg worked, so to bottom slider is static, and the top one shows the current temperature from the weather.

I think the problem is the top slider has precedence, and it's transparent pixels only show the background and not the next lower layer.

Also, enforcer, what happened to your "Location" it looks like it got cut off... what am I sure of if I go down to the woods today?
