What motherboard/OS?
The problem I have is that when RR comes out of hibernation I have no sound. I know this problem has been covered before but no one found an answer so I thought I’d try resurrecting it.
I have checked and nothing is muted, just deadly silence.
At the moment I’ve set windows to shutdown instead of hibernate and as you would expect everything works fine on restart but I really want to use hibernate because my system resumes so fast.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Possibly, but disabling that plugin is an easy troubleshooting step.

if you have a creative2nx thats probably the cause.
i've got a creative audigy 2 and i've also had this problem,it wasn't the sound card though.
I found that if i set winamp to show i could see winamp's volume was all the way down, after a whil i found i had a setting in RR for fading in the music on resume and disabling it sorted it for me so maybe it's a bug in that code or just a timing issue.

RGR. I didn't know if you checked the preamp in winamp which doesn't show up in Windows mixer. Not that it would really even help, i haven't found a solution to that anyways...
The only other thing I can think of is see if you have some strange ACPI script that is running when resuming from hibernate. Although even that would likely show up in the mixer...
Sorry I couldn't help you...
