Variables/labels/sliders stop updating after reusme from hibernation

Can you make a small sample skin that replicates the issue?
Im thinking 1 screen with a couple labels and sliders should be enough to help troubleshoot the problem.

I have this screen up most of the time and it happens all the time. The only way to fix is to manually close and reopen rr. Even the RELOADRR cmd doesnt correct the problem.
