A relative number of settings and fonts must be installed for Chinese Support on any windows application. My guess with the shown problem is that either the FONT used in the lsx void skin doesn't support the Chinese characters used OR he may have selected Chinese Traditional in place of Simplified or selected Simplified instead of Traditional Chinese.
Please check/try changing the setting below, then if that doesn't help, TRY SWITCHING THE FONT IN THE SKIN:
I understand your problem now. I think I had looked at this issue a long time ago... it seems the tag SIZE information is updated in characters by winamp and not in bytes. I can try to adjust it, but can you post or send me sample MP3 file so I can do some testing ? Thanks.

laptop. I can't read Chinese, but just seeing the boxes was worse. When I googled something, After I installed the language, I could then call someone else in the office to translate it for me
Just open control panel, choose Regional Language Options, Choose the Languages tab, and check the East Asian Languages option. (It will ask for the Windows disk)
