win7 start button not hiding

there is a problem in win7 the start button is not hiding, even though the rest of the taskbar is hiding

We may have to improve the code to hide anything new added to the taskbar of win7.

I see the same thing when I have Iguidance up (using DFX4). but its hidden on all other screens

too many problems with win7.. i went back to XP yesterday.. too many to resolve (not concerning RR) except the taskbar RR runs fine on vista/7
