    Possibly a bug?

check out the video, let me know if you think this is a bug.

all of the music has proper ID3 tagging, both ID3v1 and ID3v2.

the only clues i have is that "edf" stands for "electronic dance force" which is the group that ripped that particular album (kaskade). the letters "edf" don't show up anywhere in the id3 tags. also, that CD is only 10 songs and there was more than 10 entries in that folder.

the same with the Lupe Fiasco album. WHOA is the rip group but "whoa" appears nowhere i could see riderunner picking it up from to display on the screen.

is there maybe a setting im missing?

no bug. Open RR.INI and set titlesafter= (blank) -- You can also do this using RRConfig (the default is titlesafter=- ). Otherwise rename your FILES so they don't have -edf or -whoa in the end of the filename.

sorry, they're group ripped and sometimes they're formatted that way....

so this config (titlesafter= (blank)) is made to address music files formatted like "12. Lady Gaga - i suck at singing.mp3"

    i get it... cool.

now how about getting image artwork to show up?

i downloaded some covers, saved them as JPGs, but they still don't show up. do they have to be a certain size? do they have to be in a certain folder? maybe a certain filename? typically i'm just dumping the cover jpg's with the album name in the same folder, but that's def. not working.....

i saw that link before and i read it over, and it didn't help unfortunately.

    rrconfig is set to .jpg

all the jpgs don't have hidden attributes.

they're all named "folder.jpg" and in the same folder as the mp3 files. they're of different sizes, should they all be a standard size? if so, what is that standard size?

also, could I make another jpg or soemthing to replace that nasty white blank CD case that shows up? maybe just a black background with "no Cover Available" or something?
