It's working fine on the latest version i started with a fresh install.

The old version palyed this file ok,the new 02/05 version don't palyed.

You're saying the Video player is not opening right ? Do you get any "external" error message ? or just don't get the 321 (MPC) screen ? I recommend checking your settings after every update.. If winamp is opening on the video/dvd player, the problem is actually with the Media Player Path and not with the Winamp path (so shoudn't matter which winamp you use)

I'm adding more debug info the version I'll post later today..

I'm having a dvd playback problem,
when I play a dvd, the videoscreen splits in two an the right half is shown left and left shows on the right side. Like the offset of the screen starts in the middle, and what's not shown appears on the other side.
When I use windvd directly, it works fine, no problems.
    Any idea?

oh boy... never seen that before.. try Media Player Classic directly (without RR running) then right click and say Open DVD... see if it plays right, if so, it's a RR bug, if it has the same problem, it's a Bug of Media Player Classic -- you can probably try changing its settings to see if it works.

Dude, this is a task manager "feature", just double click on the border and it will show the menu again...

    Hey Guino,
MPC runs the dvd playback just fine without the "split-screen" when not embedded in RR, I still have the 06-02 version running, going to install your new one today.
Other thing is when I playback dvd in RR the taskmanager shows almost 95% CPU activity, when I play the same dvdscene in MPC it doesn't come higher as 60%. In RR the playback isn't smooth anymore but hackles a bit.

I have the via-epia M10000 mobo and DVD throuh USB2.0.

I'll try if it's better with your new version and let you know.

Did you try messing with MPC's settings (acceleration etc) ? I'll check on it and try to see what I can do about the performance...
