I have same problem with RR and radiator. under radiator everything is ok but RR doesnt work correctly with scan function and surf. second problem is that frequency can be only for example 92,90 93,10, 93,30 MHz etc. even you set 93,2 RR always will change this to 93,1 so step is 2 not 1. whats going on? how to change this?

    Let me know,
    Guino.
Also... not sure, but when I exit radio, audio is still there, and when I change to and play mp3, I still hear the radio. While I am an SE, I am still a total n00b to carputer and RR... so, just like everyone else... I still , ask, and play...

I am really enjoying this and really looking forward to the new skin "Digital Graphite' Which will be especially great for the Audi people out there.

    What a kewl toy

Have you been able to get your TV tuner to work correctly WinTV2000? Mine just freezes my system. I am pretty sure I have some video conflict.

Do the same Scan/Seek functions work in Radiator ?? You're using the Hauppauge right ?

How do you have the audio setup ? I mean, do you use a audio cable plugged onto your line-in ? if so, what you need to do is tell (In RRConfig) to unmute/mute that audio line when using the radio (in the Radio Section). If you do this (and your cards supports Unmute/Mute) it should not play the radio over the music as you say...

I had the same problems... (Using a Etech FM Mouse)

But for now it seems to work. I've deleted radiator.ini, re-ran radiator config, have set it to:

I also deleted radio.ini from the Roadrunner directory. At last, i changed hidetaskbar=false into true in the rr.ini file. (since the taskbar popped up when rr started radiator)

Works for me.. should be a better way, but it works here.

Yes.. scan/seek work well in radiator (it is fully functional). Audio is connected Hauppauge line out to Audio Line in through audio cable

I'll try to re-test it here but if Radiator works it should work in RR too.. all I do is tell Radiator to Seek, set frequency etc..

I have downloaded your patch and it works !! Guino, you're the best !
But i have seen some strange things after that :
When i enter manually the frequency 100, the frequency becomes 99,90
When i enter the frequency with format XXX,XX or XX,XX, the radio begins to scan down ! and it is not possible to stop it !
An other question, what is exactly the function of these buttons (see screenshot)
    Thanks a lot guy

    Hi Guino...

Just like a computer guy... I had to go back and test again. I found that if I used the 8x8wdmfm.dll driver... The problem persisted. It worked when I first installed it (I tested everything), but I assumed that it contiued to work. When I retested the driver... scan didn't work properly. So... I tried the FlyFM driver... it seemed to work properly, but it was radiator misreporting the driver. After many attempts, i tried the DM FM Radio.DLL driver... all is working well now. So it seems problem solved. I still find that If I exit the radio mode to the main menu, audio persists. I have to mute the radio before I leave the radio menu. BTW, I have Mute on power off... Thoughts...???

Thanks for your dilligent support... you are a real trooper!

    Tim

EDIT: Again... went back and switched modes from MP3 to Radio... all is working perfectly! Thanks again!

PGiordano.... change your driver... we are using the same card and everything is working perfectly now. Are you able to display TV... mine isn't working yet, but I'll get it going once I

Yes, the Directshow driver is better. I suppose that it calls the hauppage functions.
BMVEE, do you have the same problem from me if you enter a frequency like 95,25 ? Does the radio begin to scan up or scan down ?
