BMVEE, do you have the same problem from me if you enter a frequency like 95,25 ? Does the radio begin to scan up or scan down ?
I have to add preventions against entering a BROKEN frequency such as the one you've showed.. You should NEVER enter a frequency with more than ONE decimal point.. Communication standards (in the U.S.) only allow for frequencies ending in .1, .3, .5, .7 and .9 -- if you wish to allow all frequencies, go in RRConfig and check the "Allow all frequencies) in the Radio Section. This should allow you to enter any frequency (even broken ones) but RR will always use the fine tune step setup in Radiator. This option should also solve your issue with the software seeking "forever".

But i have seen some strange things after that :
When i enter manually the frequency 100, the frequency becomes 99,90
When i enter the frequency with format XXX,XX or XX,XX, the radio begins to scan down ! and it is not possible to stop it !
An other question, what is exactly the function of these buttons (see screenshot)
    Thanks a lot guy
Read my previous post about the change of frequencies...

The buttons are: Local Mode and Preset Number...

Local Mode lets you use the Preset list without messing your home presets -- if you travel for instance, set local mode on, then do a "scan local presets", it will add the new presets and when you press it again (returning home) your old presets will come up untouched. You can scan/edit your presets as much as you want without screwing your home presets while in local mode.

Preset Number simple lets you type in the number of a preset you wish to tune to.. say like 10 would jump to preset number 10 in your preset list.

Does the scan function work in Radiator ? If not, then it's a setting issue.

Download this for your "Freq-" issue: http://guino.home.insightbb.com/rr.exe (save over you current RR folder)

You should disable the spalash screen in radiator settings, also, run Radiator alone (outside RR) and try the seek functions, if they don't work right, you should probably try a different Radiator plugin to control it.
