Long time reader, first time poster. I've searched the forums thouroughly but haven't found the answers I'm looking for. Has anyone had any success at shielding inverter noise from a TV signal? I'm sure it's the inverter because I temporarily powered the 'puter with an extension cord, effectively isolating the inverter from the circuit where I could power the inverter off & on & watch the noise induced come & go. I've replaced the 2 conductor wire that came with my high gain mobile TV antenna with shielded RG59 coax & still no luck. I know I could eliminate the problem with a DC-DC power supply, but I'm not prepared to go that route just yet.

I use an inverter and have no noise issues derived from it.. I don't have TV in the car just yet, not sure if I'll ever have.. but this is probably a question you should post on the hardware forums (where people are most likely to have solutions for it)..
