When I create a route and show current GPS position is not enabled the route is not displayed on the map. Further more, when I then toggle show current GPS position the route is still not shown.
During the trip I only get "X miles from destination", I don't get turn by turn instructions. I'm not sure if this is caused by the problem outlined in the previous paragraph.

Well, if your route is not displayed it is unlikely that the turn-by-turn would work... But you can NOT single-point-route without the GPS position being shown.. this is a limitation of how I can obtain the origin address from mappoint I think... If you add a START AND an END point, it should work regardless of options... I may take another look though...
