reletive paths

OK, im not sure if there is support for this or not, or full support. But it seems to only work sometimes.

this code below(placed inside ExecTBL.ini) works fine

Code:

"MOUSEWHEELINPUT","RUN;LSTOOLS\SCRIPTS\MMB.exe"

the full path to the file is C:\Program Files\Road Runner\SKINS\LSX\LSTOOLS\SCRIPTS\MMB.exe

but this code dosent work

Code:

"WEATHERSAT","RUN;LSTOOLS\WEATHER.exe||LOAD;WEATHER_IMG.skin"

i cant think of any reason why the first one works and the second dosent.
if i put the full path in the second one it works fine, but i really do not want to use absolute paths at all, as all it does is cause huge problems cuz you cant be 100% that someone is going to have the same path.

ok, i think i figured it out, things are relative to the root of RR, and not the Root of the skin folder.

they're probably relative to the place where you're running RR from, which deoends on the way you run RR.. so I would never recommend using any kind of relative paths.

actually the problem i was having is i have 2 folders called LSTOOLS, one of them in the root of RR and the other was inside my skin folder. The one inside my skin folder is the one that was giveing me problems cuz it should of been in the root of RR.
Im not running RR any kind of non standard way or launching it other than from a shortcut.
When i point everything to the LSTOOLS inside the root of RR, everything is fine now.

in general i think relative paths are almost a must, at least relative to rr.exe (which is the case), i just wish i knew a long time ago
