Win amp "Un Pauses" when returning from Video Screen

When I have Winamp paused, and go into the video screen, when I leave the video screen, Winamp resumes playing.

I am using the recommended Winamp 2.95 Version. This happens every time, and I have tried rebooting just to make sure.

I know you have coded it to pause winamp when going into video, so you do not get both audio souces playing at the same time. It appears that it is also coded so when ever leaving the video screen it sends a play command to winamp.

Is it possible to create a variable when winamp is played/paused to keep track of its state, then just look at that state when returning from video?

It appears something like that is being done when RR shuts down. If the audio is playing when RR is hut down, it will continue playing when started back up. If the audio is however paused when RR is shut down, the audio does not come on when RR is restarted.

    odd, mine acts competely different.

If i pause music then go to video, when i leave the video RR will stop the audio in winamp and i have to manually restart the audio from the begining of the song. I would say this is a bug, im sure its not supposed to stop the audio, but prob resume it.

If i shutdown RR with audio on pause, when i start RR again, it will resume the audio, but i also have a winamp pluging that resumes the music for me at the exact point in time it left off at. So i have RR set to never resume.

That's why your music stops: RR will only resume if you have it set to auto-resume..

Regarding the music unpausing, that was the intended funcionality, here's what's supposed to happen with Always resume:

MUSIC STATE IN / MUSIC STATE OUT
    PLAYING PLAYING
    PAUSED PLAYING
    STOPED STOPED

Similarly, this will be the case when hibernating, going into TV/Radio/Sat Radio or any other mode that stops audio playback.

ah, i thought the Resume Music Mode was only for when RR launched.

set it to always resume and works good now. Dosent seem to affect the resume plugin im using either
