RR Unexpected Error in Vista

I am receiving an unexpected error in Vista upon launch. I've tried installing the VB runtimes--should be OK.

i get an error box with autoiterror on the top left of the box.

I had the same error...changed the properties in the shortcut to run as administrator. That fixed it for me.
