Where do you get this alarmtimer plugin? Is it part of the Girder>
I'm using the last free version of Girder. (V3.3 as far as I remember.)
The Plugin was within the Download.
If you need additional plagins, have a look at www.promixis.com in the download area. There's still plugins for the older (free) girder-versions.
I havent' use the remote for a while. Last couple day I try and it doesn't work with any of RR commands but other commands still works. I came realize that the name change frm rr.exe to RoadRunner.exe.
Open the gml file in notepad and do a Replace All from rr.exe to RoadRunner.exe. Work like a charm in a minute.
Open Girder and change one by one is a very time consumming process.
Is there a place to get docs for Girder 3.2, and if so where? Or are the version 4 docs using the same commands?
yup this thread is old, but o well. so i got an ati remote wonder for 5 dollars shipped on ebay. couldnt pass the deal up. anyway, i downloaded guino's old ati remote girder plugin, but i cant get it to work.
the problem is not the remote, girder is having no problem distiguishing between buttons and can detect every button pressed. the problem is mapping the command from girder to RR. i have a feeling im not telling the right place to send the commands. what goes in these spaces?

BTW, im using girder 4. the newest one on the site as of the date of this post
Hi Tundra 2000,
if I remember right, then you have errors in the red marked area.
I think line 6 or 7 in the left window gives you the correct target.
I would try the following: remove the mark at the "Name" field.
Set mark at "Class Name" and enter the following: "ThunderRT6FormDC" (of course without the quotation marks)
Leave the "Executable" Field as it is, should be ok.
Let me know if it doesn't work, then I'll have a look into my carputers girder file. (I still use it succesfully, although the 3.3 version)

ok i tried those things, and same results. i have also noticed that i cannot map commands to any other program either. example: trying to push left/right/up/down on selecting icons on the desktop within explorer. nothing. but, it does work when i use the bundled ATI remote wonder software (which sucks cuz it only lets you program 6 buttons. i dont get it...) any suggestions? also, im remembering this is a sticky and im not sure i should be asking questions in a sticky. sry
I'd propose you should maybe try the most commonly used 3.x Version of girder (freeware).
Maybe there's differences caused by the different versions.
At least we're talking about the same thing then.
If you can't find it on the web, give my a note with your email adress. I can send it to you.
