Thread: RRCalendar with Google

it helped somewhat. What i meant before though is now to get the new event screen layout done visually. I'm thinking a checkbox style indicator for recurring option, which will populate labels specifying the occurence frequency and occurence count (limit), with 1 button toggling the frequency, and two buttons to +1/-1 the count. Sound about right?

fixed the cancel button in settings so that it actually cancels any changes that were made. Didnt do anything before lol. Also added the settings method so settings page can be launched from the plugin manager screen.

I just got to looking at the events on Google's Calendars site.... I am beginning to think twice on this one! It would get very very complicated to try to duplicate what they are doing in the plugin, and just not worth all the effort for the most part. The ability on the desktop to create complex events, and just sync it to the car is probably the best option.

Maybe just the option to recur the current day, every year would work. This way an anniversary, birthdays, simple holiday's could easily be keyed in, but I would personally leave it at that.

Here are just a few of the options available, again, far to complex to put into a plugin like this I think.

lol yea you're starting to see it my way. I will add recurrence, with the ability to specify frequency (weekly,monthly, annually), and i will omit the end date (limit).
