GizmoQ: Thanks for pointing that out. I've made the correction, but before I make another release could you please provide yours? Projectezp.com no longer exists, and I'm having trouble locating my projectezp download from long ago.
Now if you really want a challenge there's a website call beartraps.com that has beartraps by milemarker for every major interstate highway across the US. I just don't have the time to map the GPS Coordinates of all the milemarkers referenced there.
First i have to say verry nice work . .
But i got one problem here . . I loaded the csv file for the netherlands wich works with freedrive and mapmonkey too and it loads all camera's but it tells me the clostest one is 300km away . .
Now i've compared the lon and lat of my gps with a test program and with gatsohunter, And they difer so much. Its not due to my gps couse all other software works like a charm. I'm rly out of idears now, please help me out.

Tnx in advance. I would realy love to get it to work
It's probably the deciamal settings in europe being different to the UK and US.
ie you use a ',' when we use a '.' and vice versa.
try changing your decimal settings
I'm going to post the source code in a Google code project soon & then someone else can take this over. I haven't used this for a long whilst & have got no interest in maintaining it. I hope someone steps forward :)
I might take a look, it could go hand in hand with the code from freedrive.
Well i rly thought it was a decimal setting first . . But its off in the program, If you click the link to the screeny i made its the part circled in red . .
I got this problem in normal gatsohunt and gatsoRR . .
If i change the max distance to show a camera it gives me closest is in 300 km .. bit odd
I still think it's to do with your settings.
I know FreeDrive does an adjustment for European decimal settings.
post part of your CSV file here
