Stopwatch / lap timer

Ok It happens randomly and I think it does not like one of the other plugins so I am in the process of finding out witch one it is.

Here is the list.

The way it is now works fine I think - over 3 hours

I do not know how it works but maybe one of the commands are the same?

I think it might just happen when it encounters exactly no hundredths of a second. ie 01:12:34.00

I will make some checks and post another version shortly.
