For me, No problem if i change my language settings here also .
Com port gps is now found BUT i think that it don't run or i don't know to use this option
Is it possible to stay in my french language setting in an other version ? (for Carburant also if possible also ?)

RRTrafficcam doesn't have the GPS option yet (except for beta I sent to a couple of skinners, although I have added some more things in it since then).
Only the standalone beta has it.

I found an xml list of all Tennessee cameras (335 in total).
Would you need me to parse this any further?

XML files are good, most states/sites that use googlemaps to display where the cameras are will have an XML with the list hidden somewhere. Hidden being the operative word in some cases. However some use SQL databases which I can't get access to, so with them it has be done the manual way.

I tried looking for a few other states that have their cameras listed... but to little avail. After hours of poking around at the obfuscated code from North Carolina's site i found that they are using http://inrix.com/ for their information (pulling from a database i presume) and gave up.
Many other states didn't even have the map interface, just a list of camera feeds which doesn't help us without the lat/long coords. Meh, oh well. I will keep poking around to see if I can find more.
Enforcer: Thank you so much for making this plugin. I got it working today, and as a driver in NYC it is AWESOME! Now I can check out whats going on at the tunnels and bridges and plan my route accordingly. I also installed the gas plugin and was super impressed. I used it today to find and compare prices before filling up.
So I'm not a total mooch, I went back to your site and clicked every ad I found.

I know it took long but I have labeled several Philadelphia area Cams as best I could. Here is a text file with them.

Also here is a map of the Philadelphia area cams, but when I pull the map up in RR traffic cams none of the cameras are there.
There are some PA District 11 cameras getting coords in the next DB update.
