Whjen I try to run trafficcams.exe in the skin, I get "Run-time error '53' file not found?

Good news, first pic. Bad news second picture after about 15 TO 20 seconds later..

is that just running rrtc and leaving the scr or on the scr without leaving, i have tryed everything , close rr - reopen , leaving rrtc from any scr to other scrs, with no problems , and i have had rrtc running for about 20min's so far , the cams refresh at intervals no problems. the only thing i don't have at the moment is map's .
happens on both while on or off the trafficcam screen with trafficcam plugin still running in the background... so, i think it's happening while it's updating the image or something..
by the way, is urs set to display something other than English in regional setting for non-unicode?
Brandensin's issue is to do with unicode support.
I thought I had sorted it.
brandensin, can you add debug=true to trafficams.ini and then PM me the debug.txt

just dl'ed USA , had to reloadskin for the search scr to work,
once the db is installed , and reloadskin , after that the swap between db's is ok
looks like the app needs to refresh its self, will test more on another country, really need a progress popup of the download.
yep tryed it on another 3 db's reload needed on install of db before you can use it.
may be if pos. to have the script reload its self once the db is dl'ed
