i dont think the irish sites are working on this any more either - any chance you could check that please ?

Unfortunately it looks like Dublin have cut down on the amount of cameras they have.

However most of the ones that still work now have lat and lon coords.

However, I would like to ask you a favour (or two).

1. Can you get the GPS coords of the cameras once I put them in the database. (FAQ in post #2)

2. Can you get a NMEA log of some driving around and about the area (I want to test the cameras by GPS Co ords) I can supply an exe to make the log if necessary.

Would you need this for the Detroit Cams?

Yes please, any of the cameras in the database that don't already have them.

Actually the original Dublin ones have been reduced in number, however there are now some more for South Dublin.

Have updated database with those.

US database updated to US013

Dallas TX corrected + some added
Amarillo TX added
Austin TX added

Jacksonville FL added

Added - but may duplicate some already in there.

St Pauls MN
Rochester MN
Duluth MN

I downloaded the TrafficCam and unzipped it into the Road Runner Folder. In the Trafficcams.ini I changed country=UK to country=US nothing happened the only country code that works is country=UK. AM I missing something. I looked in the Databases folder and have only TrafficCams.E4X....
Also the only skins i can use are Default and iDrive. I added another folder in the Skins folder Carwings and changed the Skins=iDrive to Skins=Carwings in the Trafficcams.ini, I got a runtime error..

What am I doing wrong

You have downloaded the standalone version of Traffic Cams.

You would be better off downloading RRtrafficCam the RoadRunner plugin.


As for the Database issue, please read the FAQ at the beginning of the thread.

Where do I download the RRtrafficCam plugin. I logged into your website and there is one Traffic Cam download which the i am using and it is the standalone version. I tried RoadRunner Plugins Gas/Petrol/TrafficCams/Upd8/Stopwatch/Grid take me to the same Standalone.
