ok so i changed the slider CODE to MASTER and the slider worked... soo what gives? I KNOW the range is 0-65536 because if i create a label with the same value as my slider code var has the range displays perfectly. Tried multiple RR Versions and its still a problem

can you PM/email me your whole slider code function in the extension.cls and I'll give it a test here.
Oh and the slider code you are using (which I guess is what you have already posted)
nevermind.. the problem wasnt the slider code OR the skin code it was another "non-compatible" plugin which make this slide code not work. All fixed up. Now the last little bit is to display and controll installed plugins. Hoping to crunch out a tester tomorrow afternoon!

Ok here's the general layout with the currently installed plugins and how RRPM will manage them. Plugins will be read from plugins.txt. Each plugin read will be checked to see if it is registered. Those which are registered and enabled will be listed with a "+" to indicate the plugin is enabled. Plugins which are disabled (by notating them in plugins.txt) will appear in the list with a "-" beside them. Plugins which exist in plugins.txt however are NOT registered will not be listed. Once the list is created you will then be able select the plugins in the list to enable/disable/uninstall them. Clicking the list will also give you the same details the plugin browser screen does in terms of name, description etc etc. Of course older plugins and plugins not in the browsers.xml will not display this information. Upon exit, any changes made will require a skin reload. So any feedback on this part?

ok.. all is done cept something minor...
How will developers give the required information to me? There are 2 ways to handle this..
1. in a text file
2. I can read labels/vars from the plugin itself
Which is the better way to handle this from a developer perspective?
