then it will need to have this feature, say for example

then say reminders plug uses the same timer and the same time it will need to be added to this line in the skin.ini

And as soon as I change from my day skin to my night skin all is lost. I guess I'm a moody person, I'l wake up one day and say "I thilk I'll run BladesEdge skin in my car today". And if the sun is bright and I feel like putting the top down, I'll change to my Daylight skin. Or if I just want to overwhelm my passengers, I'll load up Pure and let them tackle the tiny fonts.

The point here is interoperability of skins requires the data be saved in an outside .ini or RR.ini cause skins get changed but my timer requirements don't. Think of it comparable to weather variables.

get your point , agreed was'nt thinking , i was being selfish , should of been looking at this as a open timer plug not just skin based , i blame my tirdness lol it is the weekend here , so its party time lol...

but the multi cmd per time i think will be needed,

I think that the saved timers should be in the plugin's folder, as global to all skin as Gizmo said but not in the rr.ini as time goes on would be way too cluttered.

I am working on tring to do the date part differently, so get/figure-out the format of how the saved info will be saved in, b/c I really don't want to have to go back and fix every where in the code that use/phrase the data too many times!

your the coder blue so you know how its will work best , we just make suggestions
by the looks we are starting to get a format set , and yes must keep it in line with the way rr is getting cleaned up .

I like this way/one much better then the other

Both this skin(Menu only) and the dll with what you see here.

Just leave the dll in the skin folder and run the regMe.bat.

The month -/+ works, clicking on a day selects it.

Selecting all but the Day(s) of week btn work...

just fired this up , i can select the lower buttons and change the month , but i have no days in the calender is blank, sorry

He is my alarm set screen I added to my skin 11-27-06 all in RR code and TimeExec.dll and all works well.

Just thought I would share and maybe give you some ideas.

New Name for this plugin will be "RRSched"

New and final format(for now) very flexible!

<DATE>;<TIME>;<OCCURANCE>;"<ANY NUMBER OF CMDS, SEP BY "#" >";<Name of skin ( needed/wanted? ) >

Example would be like this:

09/08/08;13:25;O;"SENDMGS;MYAPP;HELLO||AUDIO#DVD#VIDEO";DFX 4.0

This makes:

Date = 09/08/08
Time = 1:25 AM
Occ = Once
First Cmd = "SENDMGS;MYAPP;HELLO||AUDIO"
Second Cmd = "DVD"
Third Cmd = "Video"

Which only exec if current skin is DFX 4.0


I just added ind's for each cal day that will ind if there is something sched on that day!

My thinking would be; clicking on a day that contains nothing sched would bring up scn to add something, else if day contains >0 events bring up list of that days events.
