ok more progress with motorola phones.

The command for reading phonebook in the motorola profile needs to be +MPBR instead of +CPBR, also for some STUPID reason reading phonebook entry 1 is not allowed. I assume thats the voicemail entry motorola automatically sets up. So anyone using at sniffer must change the phone command to +MPBR=2 instead of +CPBR=1.

The special initialization seems to be working well, however, CSQ only works in mode 0 so before reading the signal quality you'd have to send the command to re-enter mode=0. Personally i dont even care about signal quality but hey some of the users might.

Something else to note, motorola phones seem to not differentiate received calls from missed calls, hence the error in that section.

Well, I try the older version (6/11) and it read the phone book somewhat ok.
    The 6/13 version just hang/crash.

does the AT sniffer not accept things in <>? I'm using it to test commands but none of the commands with <>'s are working. For instance:

    AT+CMGW="##########"<CR>testing again lol<1A><CR>

    or

    ATE0<cr>

dont work cause of the <cr> and the <1a>. I'm using the exact same lines in MPT and another program and they work fine

I've gotta say this works A LOT better on my Nokia. I got no errors whatsoever when I retrieve the phonebook, missed calls etc... Before there was always some sort of error (even though it would retrieve the call list partially).

Dunno why, but i just found this thread..
I tried Phoco with my Nokia, but after a month i only could see my phonebook, so i gave up. This program gave me hope again, the reply's are good enough to try.

Too bad i gave my bluetooth stick away, so i'll buy a new one today.

Still some questions to get it straight:

    - This program is a alternative for Phoco?
    - Does it matter what kind of bluetooth stick i get?
    - Any settings for Nokia 6230 available?
    - Do i need to update my nokia software? Got V04.28 at the moment.
    - This program is free?
    - Can u use multiple phones? For when my GF drives my car.

I have so much respect for people developing stuff like this, to spend this much time to help others!

BTW, i also hosted the latest version of RRmobile, so there is a mirror available, maybe handy to put it in post #1:
