Thread: New Road Runner Mobile Phone Plugin

I'm not sure why, but I had RRmobile embed correctly with adding like
Enforcer said:

"RRMOBILE","PLUGIN;RRMobile;c:\program files\road runner\rrmobile\rrmobile.exe" (or whatever the path is to rrmobile)

to ExecTbl.ini

and then have a button with "RRMOBILE" as the command.

but now that dosen't work anymore, I only get the LOADING screen from
RoadRunner and nothing more when I press the button I assigned.

I upgraded from v0.18 to 0.20 but not sure if it has anything to do with the embedding. What could be wrong?

Funny, I have the same thing. I thought it was something I changed on my system. And I haven't had time to really check into it.

strange...think I tried going back to ver0.18 yesterday but same problem. tell me when you figure out

Same here mate, tried rolling back to version 19 and now that no longer works either I know it worked before.

I'm sure RRMobile will know whats possibly wrong.

I have now got version 20 to embed.

I had to delete my RRMobile folder and replace it with and old one from version 16 or so.

I then tried version 18 and that embeded OK

then I tried 19 and that was fine.

Then I tried 20 without copying any of the new config.ini settings included in the zip.

That embedded fine. I therefore suspect it has something to do with new introductions in the ini file.

Will continue with investigations, however 3 observations on the additions.

1. Reject of a call now works. Thanks.

2. Exit now seems to cause my RR skin to totally disappear. I then have to CTRL-ALT-DEL

3. Skin location does not work, still tries to pick it up from the RRmobile skin folder. (maybe there is an error in the reading of that value, and that's what causes then problems with embedding)

OK, I made a alight error and copied the rrmobile.ini settings to the standard ini

however, after copying the rrmobile.ini file to the rrmobile directory I get the following results

if the directory specified does not exist I get the one from rrmobile skin. - this is fine

if the directory exists but I put a '\' on the end it does the same as above

however if the directory exists it hangs.
