How to get button presses form RR to program

How to i determine when a user has pressed a button in RR so my program can respond accrodingly?

I may end up using the extension plugin interface, but for now I was hoping to do it with COM objects.

Alright, found the answer after doin some research.

For anyone that wants to know how, heres what to do:

Get the roadrunner source, and checkout the SDK example. You can add a button in the skin, and for its command use "sendmsg;SDK Example;hello!"
look at the com receive code and it should be plain as day

off to work on my video recorder
