is the radio art path hardcoded to c:\programmi\road runner\radioart, if so might be the problem with "programmi" when we use "program files" here that might be the problem.

EDIT further test the echo i have stops when i use mute and is back on unmute, so i'm getting 2 audio radio, 1 which is muted by your mute cmds

i forgot two thinghs

1)the direct sound dll don't need line in winamp
if you use winamp linein on in the rrconfig uncheck it! or winamp generate echo of radio streaming

2) update the firmware of the silabs using adsconfig, you can find the last version here:
http://code.google.com/p/silabsradiodll/downloads/list

use the ADS Standard.dec or ADS NoiseMod Secondary.dec
after the update, uninstall from the system resource the "usb multifunciotnal resource" (i don't know how is named in english) you can view the right to remove loking its detail,
it is named "ADS InstantFM Music"
after remove the silabs forrm the usb port, power off the system (not reset, power off)
power on the pc, and put the silabs into an usb port

now the silabs work again and you don't have problem inside the plugin

this is a radio player skin-test for my extension
the rar file contain radioart of italian radio
you can rename it and use for test

i look on my source if there is a bug inside of it

rdstext is gone ,may be due to the blue wire arial but had it once before.

i found the rds txt bug

the right command is "sil_RDSText" not "sil_rdstext"

this bugs is present also in the test skin i posted tomorrow

I forgot one things!

my extension plugin is capable to receive some "codes" from other application
you can use in your source code:COMSend "Silabs Test", "11"
or from rr "SENDMSG;Silabs Test;11"

the codes are:
11 mute silabs
12 unmute silabs
13 change volume to x% (from 0% to 100% of radio volume)
14 change volume from x% to setting before 13 code

x value is in testsilabsdll.ini on the DRIVEMON voice:

i make this feature for phone programs or gps software (drivemon is a program that decrease music volume when sygic drive (gps software) is "talking") (drivemon was made @SkyNet )

if you change value of muteafpopup to True, inside the automatic seek of alternate frequence popup the seek start with siabs muted, and at the end of the complete seek the silabs is unmuted (or when you exit from the popup)

WOW! I'm dusting-off my Silabs as we speak!

@ SpiderMunz - is the radio screen in your spider-skin good for this or does the new commands have to be incorporated.

@ Carputer1 - Spider put-out a boat-load of files so far; can you spoonfeed me which files to download and how to go about getting everything to work..plz.

My soldering gun is hot now so let me go hack this baby..
