audio burn,do-able?

Is there any script/app combination that could be config'd to provide a "Burn current album/playlist" feature/button in rr?
Anyone got any ideas on this?

All input welcome except for "It's a pc,use Nero" and the like.
Yeah i know i can do that but i hate having to back out of rr to do it.

Well XP has it's own CD burning, so I guess it shouldn't be too difficult to do a plugin, if there is not one already

*edit Sonic's old ratings plugin could do that.

Never tried it but, maybe someway with using winamp, I know it can do it or did at one time even the free version just slower (x2)...

yes indeed my old ratings plugin allowed burning thru a command line utility i found. I'll post it tomorrow

See the thing is, I think that any burning plugin would have to really integrate well with Blues RRMedia plugin to get the best out of it. (did I really say that, I meant notepad)

It could be used without it but the compiling of the burn list would probably be clunky.

that i agree with.. Blue.. would you like to integrate the burn function into the plugin? If i could do it with autoit way back when i KNOW you could lol

Seems like the RRMedia plugin is never done, is it.....

IMO, probably would be the best to have it intergrated..

well the software i used to burn a cd from a text file is called expressBurn. I dont have the current version .. but attached is the version that i've successfully used. The instructions are pretty simple to understand and all it really required was a text file stating which songs to be burned. There are plenty of command line options you can turn on/off so it can pretty much as elaborate as you'd like it to be
