there are 3 branches in now in this project... 1 whic is working but obsolete, and 2. and 3 that are in development.

I have no idea if this would work in Win 7, I can install it on my VM and see if thta works

any update to this? I am running windows 7 and would love to run this software...

heh, this project was so old i dont even remember where i have sources for it.
We where tryingt to do new version but programmer run away at 80% completin and never gave me the source files so no busdget and no program :(((((

Thats a bummer, but unfortunatly I understand all to well on developing stuff and how hard it is to get good people to follow through. I hope that at some point you are able to get it going again. Is the version 2 usable at all?

V2 is stable but lacks many functionality ... well desired one that we had plaaned for v3

I will probably puting money for hardware version of the project, that will be sotly for buyers on one hand but it will take cpu load away from comp + it will provide access to s*** load of functionality such as 24 hour continuuous recording even car egnition is off. I think it is much more usefull then jsut foft based DVR (unfortunatly) it will be killer po big part of CarPC community as not all of us can afford premium prices for hardware, and unlike the soft i can not give it away for free.

Hey did anything come of this project? I would love the 24 hour DVR record especially in the sketchy parts of Baltimore and DC I live in, if you keep up support I would be completely willing to be one of the initial purchasers.

Hardware project is on hold, i need to raise at least 250k to start it :) and then i have to figure how to get my investment back :)

lol this one is old :) we never got the money for the project :) alsthough 2 years after there are better and more affordable chips available out there :)
