Coverjuke gets the information from the folder titles. I have mine set-up with genre's so it displays the genre in what would normally be the Album text area, and then displays Album - Artist for the album text area. (See Pic)
When you figure the OSKTOCMD out, i would like to know about it. I had to make an alternate OSK menu with the SKIPTO command to browse through the letters.
On a Different Note, where does CoverJuke get the album artist from? Is it from the tag or from the folder ? I get the album title but not the artists. My aldbums a setup MUSIC\ALBUM and is not organized by artist

Doc, did you confirm the GOTOALBUM did not work? Can you try running it with RR Skin Tool to see if it works then? Thats the mystery problem im having. I can get the command to work fine in RR Skin Tool, but when having it assigned to a button in RR, nothing happens.
I figured as much. I'm going to have to re-work my music folders when i have the time.
As far as search goes, no dice. Getting this working would be nice. Takes me a while to get lower down my list since i dont use the scroll bar. Even so, it's so much fun scrolling, its still my defaauld cover browser.![]()
You can quick scroll 10 albums at a time with these button commands:
Jump Right 10 albums, "RUN;$pluginspath$CJSend.exe|{PGDN}"
Jump Left 10 albums, "RUN;$pluginspath$CJSend.exe|{PGUP}"
May make jumping around your library a little quicker.
I'm still searching for a solution to the OSK thing.
toxic, I will look into this today, and post up tonight.
edit:
Ok I have looked into this, and it appears that coverjuke cannot open multiple folders at one time, but you can select which folder to open at start-up. Just check the box for "Selection of folder at startup," When Coverjuke loads, it will open a screen, and give the option to select a particular folder to open and view the album covers. This is probably not the best way for coverjuke to handle this. I will contact the creator and see if there is any way that it can changed to load out of the separate folders at one time. Word of caution, Coverjuke does not resize the window that allows you to select the folder. So it will probably look extremely weird inside of RR.
Toxic, how is your music directory set-up? Can you set a top-level folder for all albums?
ex: C:\My Documents\My Music
Went through the instructions and this is the result. Is this what it supposed to look like? It's quite different from the screen cap in the first post.
Looks good to me, you can turn off all those extra buttons and stuff around the corners in the Coverjuke Config. Since we wont be using coverjuke to play the albums, there is no need for those buttons. Makes it look much cleaner.
Also, coverjuke is fully skinnable in its self, and can be made to look very good inside of RR, I prefer the xbox style skin because it seems like it would be easier to control on a touchscreen.
GOTOALBUM command has been fixed.
The fix is as follows:
Add/change in ExecTBL:
Code:"GOTOALBUM","||OSKTOCMD;CJ_LETTER;SKIPTOLETTER" "SKIPTOLETTER","RUN;$pluginspath$CJSend.exe|{$CJ_LETTER$}"
