open your xml file in notepad, then do 'save as' make sure make sure 'encoding' on the bottom is set to 'unicode'.....try that and let me know...I had to do this to get it to work on mine...

dude, you have not saved it in 'unicode' as I stated earlier. try this....

friend downloaded your file, all the same albums with the Russian language did not appear!

You are missing url=" in the russian songs....
