Thread: karaoke video

What kind of video karaoke do you have? Standard kind ripped from VCD / DVD with both sound tracks of vocal and karaoke? or just pure artist vocal only?

PowerDVD can change left/right tracks for VCD rips and sound track change for DVD rips, both these formats contains both karaoke and vocal tracks. I'm using a chinese software as song queuing / changing sound track.

I copy VCD karaoke file to harddisk.

Yes powerdvd can both channal.

I cannot see anybody to make external program for RR to play video karaoke.

You can play VCD files with powerdvd or any application that supports VCD (I believe MPC works too) -- you may be able to use MPC in the video player if you add the .dat extension to the video files setting.
