For sure. The directory-structure doesn't matter.
The source-directory will be copied 100% exactly (files & directories) but there is one exception.
If an empty directory is found in the source-directory, it will not be copied (created) in the destination-directory.

Couple of suggestions to improve the program slightly. In browser mode, have something to establish the difference between files and folders. An icon beside the name would work great. Second and probably most popular request is to make the program skinnable.

Icons (or another color) for files and folders should be no problem. The skin support is more difficult. This would take a little more time.

There are a bunch of applications that do this type of stuff. I personally use SmartSync. As soon as I reach home, it makes a connection to my PC at home over the wireless network and synchronizes my media files with my carputer.

i hear ya, but im more interested in the file explorer option..so i can browse ALL my files (del,rename,move,copy)without ever seeing windows in the backend + i like it cause its very touch screen friendly

I was tryin to find a app that does all this while being touch screen friendly, but i had no luck
