    How can we change the values of the voicecommand.dll file?

    I want to change the verification command "Did you say......?" with something else.

    I tryied PE Explorer and found that part, but i can't change it.

    Any help on that?

    Please forgive me but could you tell me where is the instruction on how to integrate voice into RR with DFX skin? I know I saw it somewhere last week but I've been searching for 30 minutes but could not find it.

    OK

    1)Open RRConfig and check the "Use build-in voice control" command. I think it's in page 3.

    2)Open this http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/atta...trol_05-02.zip and extract all the files in your RoadRunner's directory (where RRConfig.exe, RoadRunner.exe are, etc)

    3)Read the AvailableCommands.doc to learn what to say

    4)I suppose you have MS Speech installed.

    Need some help

    So, I started playing with voice control... downloaded everything. Open RR and it says Voice control ready. I say "Computer" and it says listening or whatever, but then I say "Audio" or "Iguidance" or anything, and nothing happens. What are the commands? Or why is this not working? Thanks.

    This is working well for me in the default configuration, using the "computer" keyword. But now I'm trying to use a button on my skin as a hotkey and am having all kinds of trouble. Here's the key parts of my .ini:

    [Program]
    KeyWord=
    RepeatCommand=True
    ReplyOnKeyword=True
    AlwaysOnTop=True
    ShowDetails=True
    UseKeyword=True
    useHotKey=True
    Hotkey_Keyword=VK_F10
    KeywordTimeout=5
    PauseTimeout=5

    First of all, I can press F10 on a keyboard and trigger the hotkey, but my button doesn't seem to do anything. Is there something wrong with this syntax... ?

    B00,20,519,72,82,"SENDKEY;{F10}",""

    Secondly, after each verbal command, it still goes to waiting for a keyword for a few seconds before switching to waiting for a hotkey. I tried setting UseKeyword=false, but then it doesn't wait for a hotkey at all??

    Any ideas?

    Are there any known incompatibilities with this?

    I just installed and I get the "ready" command but the system seems heavily loaded or looping, I see my flash clock on the main menu screen stopping for 5 seconds or so at a time, starting and then stopping again.

    Any help appreciated.

    I solved this problem by using AutoIt to send the F10, and called the AutoIt script from the button.

    I've been running voice control on 3 different systems ranging from an old P4, to a centrino laptop, to my Core Duo car pc, and have seen practically 0 CPU utilization by RR and voice control in all cases (when they are idle). Is there anything unique about your setup? Try pulling up Task Manager and sort by CPU to see which process is consuming all the cycles. That might shed some light on the culprit. i.e. is it RoadRunner.exe or sapisvr.exe?

    Yup a quick reboot took care of it, I hadn't rebooted since installing all the speech stuff but now it's working just fine. Lot's of fun to play with, not sure how well it will work with my convertible lol.

    Thanks for this.
