found this on another site... its step by step instructions on how to wire an external antenna to the radioshark. heres the link.
now just have to find the right connectors to wire up my cars existing fm antenna to it, then you can hide the sharkfin out of sight.
Anybody has found any bugs in plug-in? And please, please post any request/suggestions.![]()
Aah yeah, I "fixed" it my adding "PAUSE" to the ROADRUNNER command in ExecTbl, and in the sking changing "EXIT" to "RESUME||EXIT", but it would be nice if the plugin did it itself.Originally Posted by froop
froop, thanks for suggestion on "PAUSE" issue. I will definitely add this functionality in the next release.
I'm kind of surprised than no one else found any bugs with the plug-in, and can’t believe that no one have any suggestions for the new functionality. Looks like I will have to change the RC1 to version 1.0.0
Please send me your custom skins for the radioSHARK plug-in and I will add them to the next release.
I would also like to know how many people using the plug-in. So I would know if it worth my time to continue working on it and adding additional functionality.
I've actually since posting realise its not quite ideal. The ideal scenario is that when you load the radioshark skin, mp3 is turned off, and radio is turned on. And radio continues to play even after exiting back to the main screen. mp3 only starts again when the mp3 button is pressed. Although I don't know if this is actually possible with the plug-in, or if it needs to be incorporated into RR itself.
I'm not actively using the plug-in at the moment, since the sharks's reception ain't too good in the car. Need to do some soldering.
