The nag screen is pretty simple to get rid of. It is just a registry key. I have a simple windows shell script (.vbs) taking care of it for me, along with setting my gps port (for some reason iguidance never seems to remember it!), then loads iguidance:

    IGLoader.vbs:
    Code:
    Set WshShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")

    WshShell.RegWrite "HKEY_USERS\Software\iNav\iGuidance\ShowWarning", 0, "REG_DWORD"
    WshShell.RegWrite "HKEY_USERS\Software\iNav\iGuidance\CommPort", c, "REG_DWORD"

    WshShell.CurrentDirectory = "C:\Program Files\iNav\iGuidance\"
    WshShell.Run "iGuidance.exe"

Are you talking about the warning screen that tells you not to use iG while driving? If so, there's a switch (with most modern versions, 2.0+ IIRC) that you can call on the commandline... Just open iG with "iguidance.exe nowarning"

    No hacking, no registry, simple.

CarPC v2.5 up and running - all hardware installed, skin configured, and iG tweaked like crazy. Now for OBD-II, and voice control, and camera plugin, and... :nutz: - it never ends!

Problem is I still need to set my gps port which is in the registry also. I guess I could add the nowarning to the part where it loads iguidance.exe instead of the registry key.. thanks!

Anyone on the East Coast who's driving to an airport area, please save the log (File -> Record Track) then post it back here. There's one more color value I need to get for DirectionBoxColor.

I cant get auto zoom to work. I just switched to skinbedder so i wouldn't have monkey around with the ini. I turned on the debug mode and the grey box is right over the zoom area and it appears to be polling but the zoom but the level never changes. I went through each line of the INI file to see if i could see somethign that was wrong and nothing looked out of place. I tried the aggresive and regular modebut didn't get anywhere and of course i exited out and restarted igmon after each change. Do you have any ideas?

On another note. This works really good. The pause mode for the voice is really really good, this is what i have been waiting for. I have a question for you though, is there a way to make it not pause for the "ding" its really annoying. I can handle it pauseing for the speech but the pausing and unpausing really fast is aggrivating.

I really like the OSK it is finally more functional. Thank you so much for this Top notch app.

Also antialieasing would be a great option for us with p4 or similar machines for a future version

its different depending on which app ur using

IgLaunch has no buttons in it
igskinner has buttons.. but has a function in the .ini to hide them
for skinbedder (and igmod) i just replaced all the icons in the skin with 1x1 white bmp's. They dont show up on the screen.

Auto Zoom is kinda hit or miss. Works for some. Doesn't for others.

I will release a tool for you to check why it doesn't work.

The "ding" issue will be addressed in a later release. It annoys me, too.
