djik, does it output any type of a log file? the application crashed when i was testing it from just winamp, when "typing" in letters with the app's onscreen keyboard, it crashed. giving the "send or do not send this applications crash report" dialog.

any suggestions as to what happened? i'm using he exact same spec. setup as you used in your first post's instructions.

That's very odd.
Have you been able to replicate the error?
Maybe there's a specific OSK button that's doing it?

I just tried all of the buttons on my computer, and so far so good.

BTW, download the latest version -- 0.91b.
I forgot to turn on the OSK's NumPad in the previous beta.

i'll run outside and try it again making sure i pay attention to what i'm doing. will post back in a few.

replicant: I was able to recreate the problem.
It has something to do with the number of items in the original playlist.

I'm going to investigate this right now.

Bugs Fixed (since v0.9b):

• OSK numbers are now functional (fixed in: v0.91b)
• Search box now autoscrolls with the text (fixed in: v0.91b)
• Error 'comctl32.dll' is taken care of (fixed in: v0.92b) -- Thanks replicant for discovering this bug

congrats on such a quick fix turnaround time.

btw what will or can i do to actually intergrate it into roadrunner properly? or is that still to come with version 1.0 per your post a few posts up?

This is the first time I've created a plug-in, ever.
I'm going to read up on the RR Plugin documentation (and ask for help if needed).
Then I'll include a couple of documentation files: one for the integration, and one for skinning.
That will ultimately happen with the release of v1.0.

It worked like a champ! I tried to embed it as an app, but it didn't have a windowtitle it looks like and i didn' thave winspector on hand to see if it has an embedded window title, so I held off on embedding the app for now. At the very least I may can learn AutoIt like Chuck has done and take your app and have AutoIt call it and embed it properly, so I can wire up a button in my skin to use this from the main audio screen. I'm so excited about your app, you've done an incredible job!
