RRMobile makes RR disappear

When pressing the phone button in RoadRunner to start RRMobile, the program starts and works fine. Also the winamp music keeps playing. The problem start when I press the exit button of RRMobile. Than the program disappears as it should be, however RR does not show up instead.

-Button to RRMobile is included as follows in the Freedom 2.1 skin:

&mainbut3=Phone@icons\phone.png@PLUGIN;RRPlugin;c: \program files\road runner\rrmobile\rrmobile.exe;RRMOBILE&

-All programs are the last version (Freedom skin, RRMobile and RR itself)

-In the "end task" window roadrunner.exe is stil active

-I already saw a few others in the main RRMobile thread who have the same problem.

Anyone has had this also and found the solution?

have you read the rrmobile thread.

This was briefly covered in that. It is a known problem, RRMobile is going to release the source as he is too busy to continue. I'm sure someone will continue the development.

Lot of messages, also about embedding. I saw you had the same problem, but I can not find the fix. What did you change to make it work?

I noticed that the problem occurs already when I start RRmobile

I haven't solved the problem, I was awaiting a new release from RRMobile, but now I am waiting for the source code.

Make a killprog.bat file with the following code:

taskkill /f /im RoadRunner.exe
taskkill /f /im RRMobile.exe
start "" "C:\Program Files\Road Runner\RoadRunner.exe"
cls
@exit

Replace in the RRMobile.skin the B27 line with:

Code:

B27,724,526,65,65,"RUN;C:\Program Files\Road Runner\killprog.bat;","Back Button"

This ends both programs (winamp keeps playing) and starts RR again. This is, of course, not a solution however it is better than not working at all.
Hopefully the next release with the solution will come fast.
Btw, this is only working under XP
