...so the zip-code RR Label is your current zip-code based on your current GPS coordinates? (How does it get that data?)
If thats the case, couldn't I just add a button to my GAS Prices page that copies that label into the zip code box? How come no one had done this on most of the skins I have tried or seen YouTube videos of?
I need to know the lowest gas prices in whatever area I am currently in (without knowing the ZIP code of that area). Every YouTube video of GAS Prices in use shows the user manually entering the zip-code.
the CURRENTZIP label is your current zip code. its determined by the zips.dat file. i coded rr to take your current lat and lon and find the closest zip based on that info. as to why thats not being utilized in the gas feature.. probably because noone has coded for it.. nothing more nothing less. the data is definitely there to be used though. it would probably take a vb guy 10 mins of time to code the use of the CURRENTZIP label into gas.. i just dont have the time between my skin and the movietimes plugin.

I modded this a bit to work with the enforcers new RRgas plug in and changed some of the methods it uses to find the windows.
Pretty much the same now, waiting for sonic to give me the OK to release it!
good to go.. release your version
I know this is 4 years old since the last post and really out of date but does anyone still have the gasnav.rar file that I can get?
There you go.
For RRGasNav, you will need a modified version of iGuidance to navigate by coordinates.
It is an Autoit script.

I am trying to see if I can get it to work with the latest version of Iguidace 4.2 (2011) using the same steps to get this one to work. It might not work but wont know till I can try it :) I thought in the original gasnav.rar there would of been instructions in there on how to create the 1092.res file, import the 1092.res file and maybe the 1092.res file itself in there ready to get imported into the exe file as I don't see any detailed instructions in this thread.
I did find what I quoated above. (see above)
I have the older Iguidance 4.0 and the newer version 4.2 (2011) I have the 4.0 working corectly.
What it comes down to is the text I see in the in Resource hacker the 1092 text how do I create a new 1092.res file or export with all that text and import it into the new Iguidance exe?
