Of course. You have several options:

1) I can provide you the PIC with the firmware already inside and the PCB, then you will have to bought all the electronic components, the 3rd eye TPMS kit, and assemble the device. (Send me a PM if your are interested in this option).

2) You can try to contact DEJAN (a member of this forum) and ask to him if he has yet some whole assembled divice for sell.

3) You can ask to LYHTSPD (another member of this forum), which has produced a smal series of these devices for the people of the forum.

I have a Mazda CX-7 with OEM TPMS, I would love this on my car pc screen, anyway to hack the OEM signal? If I replace my OEM TPMS I will get a CEL

In theory it would also be possible, but this would lead to start from zero the development of a new USB interface.
