yes, you may certainly do that, execpt that if either one of those variabes come back empty when I check them they currenly get written to the current skin path...

I'll keep the the variables in the skin files to keep the convention.

It is a simple change if you decided to change that portion of RRMedia.

Blue, any idea why the labels for Disk Name, Disk Number, Browse Mode, etc....would show more than once?

For example:

Disk Name: No DiskNo DiskNo

until my label field runs out of room...

any idea?

Nevermind...i had X,RRMediaB listed on two screens instead of just Menu.skin

No unload cmd is needed, as long as you use all the rrmedia cmd's, it has all the needed logic builtin. To simply do what your asking is to use the RM_Svdlist, which is part of the virtual playlsts, every time its executed it goes back one playlist at a time..ie in your example the last album you played before playing that disk.

i could be wrong... again.. but couldnt you run the "VPL-" command (dont have docs on this computer .. but its the command to go back 1 virtual playlist.

There are three of the VPL cmds, two backward cmds(uh..somewhat redundant don't you think), and one forward
