The db format has changed slightly with this update, when you ran the v1.1 installer after it finished you should have got a msgbox telling you that it will update it to the newer standard. If you didn't get that, then go into the RMDatabase folder and run the v1.1 DbUpdater.exe and it will update your db.

No only requirements are to use the new rr build and make sure your current db is updated to the v1.1 standard

What is your coverart setting in rr.ini?
What are your cover art files called in the folders?

The rest of the Media ind's are working, correct?
