The support folder only contians "helper files" and files that are created durring scans would only be related to the system that its being ran on.
What I might suggest is to del the db file, do the scan and either after it finishes or you get an error, zip up - rmdatabase folder, db file & your rate.in_ files and email em to me at ard781976 at yahoo com i have a look at this, with having a snap shot of everything a once, it should be much easier to see what is causing your issue. Is your db file still only ~29k in size?
