    The new version of RRFusion will be released to coincide with the release of the fusion brain v6. There are MANY changes to the new version. All existing skins will need to be edited unfortunately, but the result is a clear and highly optimized version compared to whats out now. On top of the enhancements listed above:

    -ALL settings and configurations related to the new version will be handled via XML and will be controlled from within RR. No more romping through skin.ini and exectbl files
    -Multi-brain support (currently severely untested however)
    -Code is optimized so that the plugin can be safely run at 200ms intervals
    -full debug file support
    -Changed the save/resume code so that users can have unlimited number of save states. These can be used as digital output "presets"
    -100% resume/hibernation reliable.
    -Accelerometer support type now available.

    Because of the multitude of changes, i'm offering anyone interested in a full beta test of the current version. If interested, PM me. I ESPECIALLY need testing for multi-brain support.

    Wow, the new plugin with the new FB 6 should be over the top! I can't wait to see it all come together! You have done some AMAZING work on this plugin. And I LOVE the reason you created it "At the time the MDX software was too confusing for me". Hahaha Same here, the dragging and dropping, connecting things with lines, and such... wow! Your plugin makes it a breeze!

    So I am guessing that DFX5 will get an updated RRFusion skin?

    i can see how to use regular but i want to make an infrared therometer so i can mesure road temp. Any thoughts on how to do that

    good question. I wonder if its possible to create a slider from a label value. If not i'll just add sliders to RRFusion.

    OK i added sliders. FBANALOGVALUESLIDER;X ... where X = port. You will be able to set in settings the maximum value for the slider control. Here's a sample pulled from the rrfusion_settings.xml

    I'm gonna end up releasing this before FBv6 comes out i think. Its ALOT better than the previous release and much more reliable. Maybe by friday.

    added a nice little nugget to the threshold monitoring. There's a new STYLE element. This element allows you to use alternative values of "AVERAGE" or "SUM" instead of the regular analog data/value. If that makes no sense to you (it halfway doesn't to me) think of it this way....

    Monitor the analog port thats connected to a photosensor. That analog port can control the screen brightness through the DIMMER; command. The problem with this setup is the photosensor can pick up a few seconds of light (maybe your in a bright tunnel or some other false positive scenario) and turn the screen brightness ON/OFF. If you use the "AVERAGE" style for that same port the false positives get averaged out.

    The SUM style may be a bit harder to use, but it calculates the total of the analog values/data and allows you to automate commands when the total is exceeded/returned.

    The latest and by far greatest version of RideRunnerFusion (FKA RRFusion) is available now at the following link:

    please be sure to read the readme file. This is a total rewrite. NONE of the existing commands/labels/inds/skins will work. If you use the X tag in menu.skin to load the previous plugin make sure to change that to "X,RideRunnerFusion". Use the skin commands and example skin to do your skinning and use the built-in setup screens to configure your fusion brain and threshold monitoring. This new version is compliant with multiple (up to 4) fusion brain instances and if anyone has problems with that please let me know. It's not yet compatible with v6 brains (obviously)
