Here's another. I did the reverse.

It seems sporadic. It started adding songs from an added album and when I checked it had in fact only added the first song. I ran the sync again, and it added the second song, and that was it. There are about 16 songs on the album. I deleted the album all together and tried again, this time around it didnt even add.

The album/artist is "Anberlin - Lost Songs

Looking at the first debug it is going to an error routine after reading the D:\Music\Thrice\The Alchemy Index Vols. 3-4\ folder. So it doesn't get to the Delete routine and it then errors at the same place on the copy, so it doesn't copy.

Which is the last folder I think as it does seem to find any more folders after that one.

Can you just check how many folders and songs you have?

Also there should be an error.log file as well.

Ok.. I will try to get the error loh up soon, and I'll try to take a count of folders and files.

I do not see an Error log anywhere....I looked in all obvious folders. I will try a sync when i get home and run another debug and see if it produces an error log

Still no error log. And I looked at the update log and it hasnt actually performed any additions/deletions since 2 days ago, even the the two folders of music have changed quite a bit.

Actually the file is called update.err and may have ended up in the skin folder

How exactly does a file "may have ended up in..."? Do you have a random routine that just picks a random path to put your debugging logs in??

Maybe its time to update your Notepad...

No just backgrounds.



I was using app.path, which we have subsequently found tended to change in a DLL attached to RoadRunner.

I have updated some of the plugins so they aren't affected but this one hasn't been updated for a while.

My log file ended up on the USB drive on the Media Center computer in the living room!
