I ended up going back to BlueSoleil 6 and copied over the directory from my old RR installation that I had saved and it works now...
I used the regard in the .net 2 folder... used the exact command line in the readme file. The vc++ isn't even installing with the setup. I uninstalled the vc++ and ran mobilephone and told it to install the vc++ and it doesn't

@maidenfan: I was having the same problem. It was indeed the pin keypad popping up, if I didn't enter '1234 ENTER' (for example pressing cancel ou back) the numbers on mobilephone.skin wouldn't work. The funny thing is that the keypad pops up every single time I run RideRunner, and my phone is there all the time and connects with no problems.
I didn't find where to configure the phone search timeout or how to disable that feature... also, there seems to be a problem with the battery and signal indicators, sometimes they show as "5", but sometimes they show as a corner ascii character or some weird sign... I wasn't able to make the jpg indicators work...
It might be that... there is nothing in my ini file about the keypad. What is the option I should set?
I just checked and it defaults to enabled. Fixed it and in the installer also. Just trying to sort out the registring and vcredist problems before releasing.
To disable the Alarm just add a section [ALARM] and AlarmEnabled=False to the ini file. The code is set with AlarmCode=1234
I tried adding the section and settings on MobilePhone.ini, but it didn't work...
I am still in the testing phase, so I guess I will just wait for the next release then. Thanks!
I've updated the automart so it has the new installer which sets the ini correctly for the alarm stuff. I will try to fix the vcredist stuff as soon as possible.

For you you should change the AlarmEnabled to just Enabled. For anyone downloading the latest version it is AlarnEnabled
Thanks, but there seem to be more bugs. When I disable the alarm (disabling the pin keypad), as soon as it connects to the phone a dialog box pops up:
And then when I press any number on mobilephone.skin, RideRunner throws an exception screen:Code:Mobile Phone System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at MobilePhone.MobilePhone.internal_connectBlue() at MobilePhone.MobilePhone.connectProcess()
If I keep the alarm enabled and I enter the code, everything works fine.Code:Mobilephone.NET Exception System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at MobilePhone.RRExtension.ProcessCommand(String& CMD, Object& frm)
I have tried downloading the updated installer from autoappmart and the behavior is the same.
I knew there'd be bugs....sorry about this but thanks for testing. I have fixed and posted a new version on app store

I have a new installer that should detect the vc++ properly now. Fancy testing it?

This is a bug that happens when the alarm code is disabled. The new installer on the app mart fixes it so it should work now.
